During daylight, families can enjoy parades, costume contests, plenty of treats and tamer tricks. By night, the park falls under a more ominous shadow as more than 300 creepy characters are unleashed throughout the peninsula. This is a surreal place with a ton of history. We highly recommend going to the top of James A. Garfield monument. The top of the monument has our vote for the best view of Cleveland!
